Kevin grew up just outside of Roanoke, Virginia, where he spent his early years helping his grandfather run a landscaping business. These formative experiences instilled in him a deep respect for reputation, trust, and the value of hard work. In high school, he joined a framing crew building custom homes on Smith Mountain Lake—an experience that sparked his lifelong passion for innovative home design and quality construction.

He went on to earn a BBA in Economics and Marketing Information Systems from James Madison University. After graduation, Kevin began his career with one of the largest homebuilders in the country, receiving comprehensive training in residential project management and new home sales. He has since built a diverse portfolio that includes operating a successful renovation business focused on kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor living spaces. As a licensed Virginia real estate agent since 2011, Kevin has helped hundreds of clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.

With over two decades of experience in the Northern Virginia market, Kevin has earned a reputation for his customer-first approach, strong industry relationships, and deep knowledge of local real estate trends. As a founding partner of NuView Building Group, he leads business development, sales, and client relations—ensuring every project reflects the highest standards of service and craftsmanship.

Kevin lives in Reston with his wife, Amanda, and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports, cheering on his kids, and finding new ways to grow both personally and professionally. He believes in the power of teamwork and the importance of continuous improvement—striving to be better today than he was yesterday.
