Mark Madigan

Operations Lead

He grew up between Northern Virginia and the working-class communities of the Ohio Valley, where he picked up a strong appreciation for hard work and hands-on trades. From sweeping job sites and framing houses as a kid to learning the ins and outs of construction firsthand, Mark was hooked early. He eventually earned a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He advanced to leadership roles within a national homebuilder.

Today, Mark leads with a focus on operational efficiency, clear communication, and a building process that feels simple and organized. He’s committed to creating an environment where everyone involved — clients, architects, designers, or trade partners — has clarity, support, is informed, and is empowered to shape the outcome meaningfully.

For Mark, today’s leading remodelers and builders do more than manage schedules and materials; they bring together vision, technology, craftsmanship, and client experience into a single, transparent, and seamless journey. That means working closely with clients, architects, and designers to ensure every detail supports how a home looks and how it lives. It’s not just about finishes or floorplans, it’s about translating a family’s lifestyle and vision into a space that feels just right, every day.

At home in Warrenton, Mark and his wife, Kerry, keep life light-hearted with their four kids. When he’s not working or spending time with his family, he coaches basketball and mentors youth through Conceptual Basketball Academy, finding gratitude in helping others grow both on and off the court.
