Shaun Kennedy
Construction Management Lead
Shaun Kennedy grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia and Clifton, Virginia, in a military family, with his father serving as a Top Gun-trained Naval Flight Officer.
This experience instilled in him a deep appreciation for discipline, responsibility, and precision—values that continue to influence his leadership and work ethic today.
Shaun attended Virginia Tech and has undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Management. After college, Shaun worked for a national builder as a project manager, receiving the distinction of Master Builder as well as a number one ranking among a group of hundreds of project managers for key results indicators. He also achieved his LEED AP Certification and spent time in new home sales, as well as in commercial construction. Shaun then spent 7 years managing the construction of high-end custom homes for a highly regarded builder inside the Beltway.
Shaun’s primary focus has always been exceptional customer service. He is passionate about building science and teamwork in the field, and believes that communication, responsiveness, integrity, and honesty are the keys to the success of any project.
Shaun lives in Leesburg with his wife, Andrea, and their three sons. They spend a lot of their free time outdoors hiking with their dog, and attending the boys’ sporting events. Shaun believes that family comes first and prioritizes this value when building homes and spaces where families will create lasting memories for years to come.
